REFUND POLICY

Tickets are transferable but not refundable.

Under the current situation of the COVID-19 pandemic, together we are participants investing in community and together we share risks.

  • In the case of event postponement due to safety concerns tickets will be valid for a makeup date.
  • In the case of event cancellation due to safety concerns only the portion of the ticket not already spent on producing the event will be refunded.
  • The event producer reserves the right to choose if an event is postponed or cancelled.
